Join Rad, our resident seitan enthusiast for a class designed to guide you through the technical, hands on aspects of making wheat meat. In this class, we'll be making a faster, weeknight seitan chick'un, as well as the chance to make your own sliceable deli meat. We'll finish the class with a luxury charcutterie board to share.

This two hour class features a cooking demo, opportunities to get your hands dirty if you like, and a meal together at the end. You take home the recipe, and the know how to recreate it in your own kitchen. Please note, this class is on gluten/soy based meat for those with allergies.

Class time 6 pm and you can expect to be there for about two hours.
