Join us Friday Jan 27th at 4:30 for a decadent Thai cooking Class.
We'll be making Khoa Soi, a Northern Thai noodle soup with a coconut curry base. It's our favorite thing to eat and we'd love to show you how.
We'll also be making Larb, which is traditionally a meat salad-but we'll be making it plant based.
This class may be suitable for someone who is gluten free (though will also be making another option with gluten noodles), just let us know ahead of time so that we can have the appropriate noodles on hand.
Class runs for approximately two hours, and will include a family style meal at the end. They take place in the gymnasium and kitchen of Next Church (89 Colborne st) enter through the glass door at the back of the building.
