Join us at 89 Colborne (enter through the glass door off the parking lot at the back of the building) at 6 pm for food, fun and learning.
During this approximately 2 hour class, we will learn best practice, techniques and tips for making on of our favorite vegan proteins, seitan. Made from wheat gluten, it's a super high protein that is so versatile in all your recipes. We'll also be teaching you cashew based cheese, one of our tastiest products. Price includes recipes, instructions and snacking.
This is a fully accessible space, please let us know if there are more ways we can make this class accessible for you!! Also, we recognize that our entry fee may not be accessible, and are happy to offer a few "pay what you can" spots .
