Join us for a cooking demo, with chances to help and try out the skills. We finish class with a family style share of the delicious food we have created together.
In this class, we'll be making
-our family favourite high protein chocolate pudding (you scream, I scream, we are literally all screaming for this pudding)
-5 minute tofu nuggets (poor man's chick'un nugs)
-Panko tofu (an entree favourite of mine for over 15 years)
-Grated tofu tacos (cheap, filling, protein filled taco meat)
Our cooking classes take place at our commercial kitchen inside of Next Church, at 89 Colborne St. Entrance is through the glass door off the parking lot, at the back of the building. This is the accessible entrance also.
