Join us for a cooking demo, with chances to help and try out the skills. We finish class with a family style share of the delicious food we have created together.
In this class, we'll be making our all time most requested meal-vegan lasagna. It has many steps, including:
-making creamy cashew pourable mozz
-roasted veggie tomato sauce
-basil garlic tofu/cashew ricotta
and then for dessert
-raw fruit crumble
Our cooking classes take place at our commercial kitchen inside of Next Church, at 89 Colborne St. Entrance is through the glass door off the parking lot, at the back of the building. This is the accessible entrance also.
