We said we'd never do it again, and here we are, doing it again. We may be glutens for punishment, but dayum, this pie is so good and worth the effort (when we have a year to forget what the effort feels like lol!)
Oat, almond, date crust, lemon curd and aquafaba lemon meringue. Yum.
